3OHT LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, operates the Albert TCU platform at albert.study (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2.1 Information from Google Sign-In

When you create an account, we collect the following information from your Google account through Google OAuth 2.0:

• Name (display name)
• Email address
• Profile picture URL
• Google account unique identifier

2.2 Payment Information

When you start a free trial or make a payment, your payment information (credit card number, expiration date, CVV) is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card details. We receive only a confirmation of payment, a Stripe customer identifier, and the last four digits of your card for reference purposes.

2.3 Subscription Data

We store the following information related to your subscription:

• Subscription status (trialing, active, cancelled, expired)
• Stripe customer and subscription identifiers
• Dates of account creation, payment, and access expiration
• Email address associated with your account

2.4 Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information about how you access and use the Service, including:

• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and features used within the Service

• Google Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, database (Firestore), hosting, and cloud storage. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase services.
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
• Google Cloud Platform — Infrastructure hosting for our backend services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Google Cloud Platform, primarily in the South America (São Paulo) region. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Subscription and payment records may be retained for up to 5 years after your access expires for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses essential cookies and local storage required for authentication and session management through Firebase. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: To third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (as described in Section 4), subject to confidentiality obligations.
